Conan Obrien's Stalker Priest Pleads Guilty...

The entertainemnt story that everyone has been talking about this week is Rob Lowe being blackmailed by his nanny. He went on Huffington Post to one up the extorter. All the talk about Lowe has covered up the far better story of Conan O'Briens Catholic priest stalker (pictured below) pleading guilty. The fact that Conan Obrien had a Catholic priest stalker is one of the funniest things I've ever heard. I would think that that was an episode of pop fiction that Obrien himself wrote and produced, if I hadn't seen the AP article. I feel like I have seen Obrien do something on his late night show involving a priest as one of the reoccuring characters like the masturbating bear. It would be funny to do a bit where they find an obsessive priest somewhere in the audience every night. Rev. David Ajemian was arrested in New York City last year while trying to enter a taping of Late Night with Conan O'Brien despite being warned to stay away by NBC security personnel. Prosecutors said Ajemian began writing O'Brien in September 2006. He has been placed on leave by the Boston Archdiocese. Ajemian attended Harvard University at the same time as O'Brien, but it is unclear whether the two crossed paths there. The Rev admitted to the offense  which included sending letters and DVDs to O'Brien's home and business. He plead guilty to disordely conduct which really means nothing. I am betting that Conan has a restraining order, and the priest has to stay a certain distance from the talk show host. It is not uncommon for celebrities to get stalkers, but only Conan Obrien would get a Catholic priest from Boston.
